Congregation Beth Ami will conduct a Shabbat morning service (Leanne leading) starting at 9:30 a.m. in Fremont Park. We look for a shady spot near the central statue area closer to 5th Street. Our parade check-in time is 10:15, and we should all be in place by 10:40. The parade starts at 11 a.m. After the parade, we can return to Beth Ami for Evelyn Gurevitch’s birthday lunch with ice cream. Below are the parade committee instructions, a map pdf, and the rules pdf, which everyone should read.
Your lineup number is 80 Your check in time is: 10:15AM for a group representative You will enter at Brookwood and Fourth Streets (map attached) Here you will receive a bib number. This bib number must be visible to the parade judges as you pass the judging stand. The judges will be on your left, so please have the number visible to the judges. Please have your entire party in line no later than 10:40 as the parade will start promptly at 11:00am. Volunteers will be there to guide you. Have fun!
