I want to thank everyone who contributed and or served at The Palms last week. We had a lively turnout and I really think we and the residents really enjoyed the company and the food. Special thanks to Rabbi Koas and to Arnie and Chris for joining the crew.
Also special thanks to Judy Gunnar for painting the banner that Judi had ordered. Looks great!
The next dinner will be Wednesday, Dec.18 th . We will also have a clothing and toiletries distribution extravaganza. Susan Miller is heading the clothing so please volunteer to help her . Thanks Susan.
We are asking for very specific items: clean or slightly warn, more men then women, large sizes
*socks: hats, scarves, gloves,
*sweatshirts , warm tops, jeans, rain gear, jackets, shoes, slippers
*toiletries: tampons, Kotex, tooth brush and paste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc 
For those of you who haven’t gone to The Caritas Center we have scheduled the date for Thursday, November 21 at 12:00 -1:00 with Christa. Please let me know if you are planning to do the tour ASAP. Thanks
I am going to Sam Jones Hall, transitional housing facility, on November 14 , at 3:00. If anyone is interested in joining me please let me know. It should be interesting.
