PURIM 2023
Beth Ami celebrated Purim with hamentashen baking that rated a newspaper article in the Press Democrat. We baked 918 hamentashen and put them in Shalach-Manos bags for all the members, plus there were platters to eat at the evening Megillah reading by Asher Nathan, and the morning reading by Ahuva Simon Saar and Ruth Wilson.
Then we had a Purim Piano Bar with drinks by SJ Stoelting, food by David Kahn, piano by Nancy Hayashibara, and singing by our veteran Purimspielers. Purim piano bar program 2023
